A Full Line Gasket & O-Ring Distributor

The Answer is Always Flexitallic

Chemical Processing Applications

This guide is for general use only, please contact us for your specific application.

Spiral Wound Style CG & CGI

Style CG Flexible Graphite or PTFE

Utilizes an external ring which accurately centers gasket on flange face: provides additional radial strength to prevent gasket blowout and acts as a compression stop. A general purpose gasket suitable for use with flat face and raised face flanges.

Style CGI Flexible Graphite or PTFE

Suitable for use with flat face and raised face flanges and specified for high pressure/temperature service or where corrosive or toxic media are present.

715 Sheet Cut Gaskets

High-performance coreless sheet material.  Replacement of compressed fiber sheet line, SF 2401, 2420, 3300, 5000 and tanged graphite sheet.  Provides total freedom from oxidation. Broad chemical compatibility range.  Fire safe.  Genuine opportunity for gasket standardization and inventory consolidation.  Wide service capability.

  • Max Temperature: 850°F (454°C)
  • Max Pressure: 2030 psig (290 bar) (Class 150–300)
  • ASME m: 3.2
  • ASME y: 4200 psi (29 MPa)

Change Heat Exchanger Gasket

Change Gasket

Incredibly robust and resilient, metal-wound Change heat exchanger gasket is designed to deliver the most dynamic seal ever. Manufactured with proprietary equipment, using a 5-times thicker metal spiral and a unique laser welding process that penetrates completely through. So it requires no inner or outer ring, and is as easy to handle and install as a double-jacketed gasket. Best of all, it’s proven to perform without fail at least 60% longer than any other heat exchanger gasket, Spiral Wound, Double Jacketed, CMG, or Kammprofile. And that’s a game changer.

  • Laser welded for higher unit adhesion, pin point accuracy and solid unit construction
  • Available with a locating ring in all sizes - upon request
  • The high level of stored energy gives the Change gasket extremely high recovery

Flexpro PTFE

The Flexpro gasket exhibits excellent compressibility and recovery characteristics, maintaining joint tightness under pressure and temperature fluctuations, temperature differential across the flange face, flange rotation, bolt stress relaxation, and creep. Suitable from vacuum to extremely high pressure applications.
